About the Account Executive position
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team at PR Volt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the PR Volt sales pipeline including conducting demos, negotiating terms and closing new business. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and shaping the future of PR Volt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire sales process from initial discovery call to closure, taking ownership of each client relationship and guiding prospects through the decision-making journey to secure new business.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of PR Volt's services and value proposition, articulating how our AI-powered solutions can address clients' specific needs and deliver measurable results.
- Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize conversion rates, driving efficiency and maximizing revenue generation.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product, operations and client services, to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, leveraging KRs as a roadmap to drive continuous performance optimization and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to consistently beat sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and other productivity tools (e.g. Slack, Asana).
- Knowledge of the PR industry as well as e-commerce and CPG is a plus.
