Job Description: Enterprise Account Executive - Incode Workforce  

Position: Enterprise Account Executive 

Location: San Francisco or Remote 

Reports to: Senior Director of Strategy (Leader for Incode Workforce Product) 

About Incode 

Incode is at the forefront of revolutionizing identity verification with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. Our new Incode Workforce product, focused on the Know Your Employee (KYE) vertical, offers immense potential and an exciting opportunity to redefine the direction of our company. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and spearhead our efforts in this new vertical. 

Role Overview 

As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Incode Workforce product, you will play a crucial role in launching and executing our new vertical focused on ensuring accurate authentication during critical employee interactions, reducing cyber fraud for the largest companies in the world. This is a problem that will only get bigger with the rise of deepfakes and generative AI. You will be responsible for developing deep relationships with existing customers, attracting new large enterprises, and exploring partnerships with resellers. You will report directly to the leader of the Incode Workforce product and set the example for the sales vertical with aggressive goals on identifying product-market fit and the right go-to-market (GTM) motion. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets for the Incode Workforce product. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other key stakeholders in enterprise organizations to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the entire sales pipeline and processes, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales cycle. 
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your expertise in the cybersecurity industry to navigate complex sales processes and open up new opportunities through tight industry connections. Share knowledge with team members at Incode and help them ramp up in the cybersecurity industry. 
  • Product Feedback: Be the voice of the customer, providing critical insights to the product team to help us improve our product and discover new use cases. 
  • Partnership Development: Explore and establish partnerships with resellers to expand the reach and impact of the Incode Workforce product. 
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Incode Workforce as a leader in the market. 

Qualifications 

Experience: 

  • 5+ years of outstanding results selling SaaS/AI solutions to customers with typical contract sizes ranging from $500K - $3M/year. 
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and the decision-making process with proven experience reducing decision time. 
  • Experience working with large customers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end approach. 
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company or foundational knowledge in the cybersecurity space. 
  • Expert level experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud technology to CISOs/ CIOs etc from large enterprises (>1000 employees) 
  • Experience selling directly as well as in partnership with IAM providers and Global System Integrators (GSIs) 
  • Established sector-related C level contacts. 
  • Deep knowledge of the relevant key drivers of change in the industry. 

 

Skills: 

  • Outstanding CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Confident and polished communicator who is able to build strong and lasting working relationships. 
  • Outstanding negotiation skills. 
  • Motivated by success and a target-driven sales environment, managing your own accounts. 
  • Strong sales track record and progressive attainment of goals and quotas. 
  • A technical background and analytical mindset are a huge plus.
