Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

As an Account Executive at Chargeflow, you will play a key role in driving revenue by closing deals through strategic, value-based selling. As we build our U.S.-based sales team, we're seeking a highly motivated and sharp salesperson with a strong background in tech sales. Experience in fraud and payments is a significant advantage.

Your Arena:

  • Understand & Address Customer Needs - Identify business goals, challenges, and pain points of prospects to close deals.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management - Actively source, build, and manage a sales pipeline from outreach to close while accurately forecasting business.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution - Build and execute sales strategies to win target accounts, drive revenue growth, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Engage Decision-Makers - Target key stakeholders, determining buying intent and presenting product demos.
  • Collaborative Sales Approach - Work closely with Sales Development and Marketing teams to drive leads, create tailored sales presentations, and refine sales strategies.
  • Industry Expertise & Market Influence - Build a deep understanding of the online payments and fraud prevention industry and represent Chargeflow at key industry events.
  • Process Improvement & Internal Collaboration - Contribute to internal business processes, sales methodologies, and mentorship initiatives to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements

What It Takes:

  • Proven Sales Success - 3-5 years sales experience, acquiring new business, and exceeding targets, particularly in e-commerce and payment solutions - Must
  • Product & Market Expertise - Deep understanding of online payments and fraud prevention
  • Pipeline & Forecasting - Passion for prospecting, identifying, and closing high-value opportunities while providing proactive, accurate sales forecasting
  • Negotiation & Deal-Making - Extensive experience in negotiating competitive deals with enterprise clients.
  • Consultative Selling - Solutions-oriented approach, challenging assumptions, and effectively communicating product value.
  • Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building - Strong emotional intelligence, customer service skills, and ability to transform interactions into business relationships.
  • Professional Presence & Flexibility - Strong presentation skills and willingness to travel as needed.
