803 - Bookkeeper

We need an English-fluent Bookkeeper, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records by managing accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
• Oversee payroll activities, including processing employee payments, tracking time records, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
• Support HR functions.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for field crews, including booking accommodations, transportation, and managing travel schedules.
• Handle customer documentation requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required records and compliance with company policies.
• Manage company records, organizing and maintaining confidential files, reports, and legal documents to ensure accessibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a bookkeeper using QuickBooks. 
• Familiarity with A/R, A/P, and financial record-keeping.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and related activities.
• Expertise in administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
