Design Apprentice - Color & Concept

Work Structure - Hybrid (3 Days)
Primary Purpose : The Design Apprentice, Color & Concept will collaborate on design briefs for each season that are fashion driven and reflective of the creative vision and brand aesthetic. You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will collaborate with talented designers and cross-functional partners in the business.
The individual who we are looking for has the following...

  • Passion and excitment for the brand, understanding the evolution of the business along with the herritage of the brands story
  • Eagerness and excitmeent about the brand and responsibilities for the position
  • Strong curiousity in trend reasearch; trends, sub-culture, community, consumer identity, brand identity, etc.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Design to...

  • Based off direction given by Color and Concept team, research seasonal concept ideas that align with brand vision, story for the season, market trends and the global merchandising briefs
  • Coordinate collection of materials, CADs, and samples for key milestones
  • Help organize presentation boards and assist in the preparation of meetings
  • Help maintain seasonal color palette, both digital and physical
  • Conduct creative research as it relates to collaborations, special projects, vintage research, and larger picture brand work
  • Knowledge and passion for photography, art history, graphic design a plus


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once

An outstanding professional will have...

  • 1+ years' experience in Color & Concept design
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven ability to sketch and spec
  • Strong color sense
  • Fashion/luxury brand experience, a plus
