Wyze Labs believes employees are the foundation of our success and offers all employees and their dependents a very robust benefits package. Our employees feel very well taken care of as, beyond their great benefits, we also pay 100% of the employee premium and 80% of their dependent premiums. Our benefits include Medical through Premera Blue Cross (3 plans to choose from: low deductible, middle deductible, and a high deductible Health Savings Account plan). Our medical plan includes a National PPO network for employees located all over the United States to have access to a robust network of providers. Additionally, for those ever traveling internationally, the network includes Blue Card Global coverage. Dental is through Delta Dental of WA, Vision through VSP, Life Insurance / Short-term Disability / Long Term Disability / Voluntary Life & EAP are all through Unum. We also offer a Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, and Health Savings Account (with an employer contribution if the Health Savings Account medical plan is selected) through Navia Benefits. It is important to Wyze that our benefits package provides resources to support our employees and their families.
