We offer 12 weeks of parental leave with an optional 12 week flexible ramp-up program. We supplement WA PFML to offer 6 weeks of full-time paid parental leave for new parents.
Restricted work hours
While we support working at the times of day that you work best, we ask employees to maintain a 40-hour workweek (or below) and do not allow meetings or work activities to take place on weekends.
