Even as an early stage startup, where every moment counts, we understand how necessary and highly important it is to ensure any parents in our Flock have the opportunity to bond and share time with their growing families. Because of this, we rolled out a parental leave plan early on to ensure people didn't have to choose between being a parent and being a professional. Primary caregivers receive up to 16 weeks paid parental leave and secondary caregivers receive 4 weeks paid leave after the birth of a baby or adoption.
