401(K)
After 6 consecutive months of service, qualified employees are encouraged to participate in the PHYTEC 401(k) plan through Vanguard. This 401(k) plan has Pre-Tax deferrals and Roth deferrals.
401(K) matching
For qualified employees, PHYTEC will make an ADP safe harbor Matching Contribution of 100% of Deferrals up to 4% of compensation. Vesting is immediate at 100%.
Performance bonus
When PHYTEC is successful, employees are successful. After probationary periods are completed, discretionary bonuses are typically given in the middle of the year and at the end of the year.
