Separately, every Friday, we have a standing time slot that can be used to present an engineering "Lightning Talk" to the rest of the engineering team. Similarly, there is a standing time slot every other Friday on the Weekly Wrap-Up call to present a “Lightning Talk” to the whole team. This is an excellent opportunity to share some of the exciting things that you have learned, created, or are jazzed about.
