Dental insurance

DDI offers dental benefits through Delta Dental of Washington which includes a buy up plan for Orthodontia for both children & adults.

Disability insurance

DDI provides disability insurance to all benefit eligible employees at no cost to the employees & covers 60% of the employees annual salary up to $2,500/week (STD) & $15,000/month (LTD).

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

DDI employees can contribute up to the following: -$3200 annually for Health Care & Limited Purpose -$5,000 per household per year for Dependent Care -$315/mo for Commuter & Parkin

Health insurance

DDI offers health insurance benefits through UnitedHealthcare & Rx through OptumRx. Medical includes HDHP & PPO plans with a HSA company match for enrollment in HDHP plans.

Life insurance

DDI covers basic life insurance equal to 2 times an employee's annual salary, up to $500,000 ($650,00 with EOI). Additional supplemental life insurance & AD&D are available for purchase.
