AD&D is provided through Guardian and CORTAC pays 100% of your premium for $50,000 in coverage for full-time employees.

Health insurance

Medical coverage is provided through Aetna and CORTAC offers three plan options (Bronze HSA, Silver PPO, and Gold PPO). Seattle employees also have another Silver option that provides richer coverage.

Life insurance

CORTAC covers 100% of your premium for Basic Term Life coverage through Guardian for full-time employees.

Vision insurance

The vision plan is offered through MetLife and covers eye exams, lenses, frames and contacts.
