We’ve rounded up five of the most interesting Seattle area tech companies, innovating in everything from real estate to process automation — and all of whom are hiring across the board right now.

We might be deep in the chilly season, but the Seattle tech industry remains red hot. If keeping things interesting for you means setting off on a new mission, we’ve rounded up five Seattle area tech companies that are innovating in everything from real estate to process automation — and all of them are hiring across the board.

Using Highspot’s software tools, sales reps can find and present a range of relevant materials including pitch decks, brochures and one-pagers where and when they need them, and view how prospects interact with that content later on. The Seattle company raised $35 million last year, with plans to expand operations into Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Their suit of mobile and CRM apps are built with Xamarin, .NET and Java, and their front end uses JavaScript ES6, Preact, Backbone and WebPack.

Headquartered in New York, the company has worked with over 1,000 businesses worldwide.

They use Angular and React on the front end, while their cloud and artificial intelligence/machine learning services are built using Java and C# on Azure and GCP, with microservices architecture using Kubernetes, Kubeflow, TensorFlow and PyTorch technologies.

Flyhomes’ online portal provides a starting point to potential homebuyers to search for houses, but the company’s real service is its ability to make cash offers on a buyer’s behalf, allowing normal folks to compete with high-end developers and investors in a red-hot housing market. The Seattle-based company’s team of specialists takes each potential buyer through the process from beginning to end in Seattle, Portland, the Bay Area, Chicago and Boston.
