Seattle-based snack brand SkinnyDipped recently closed a $12 million Series A funding round led by entrepreneur David Grutman. The funds will be used to expand into new retailers, like Costco and Publix, as well as to support philanthropic efforts and drive innovation.
Founded in 2016, SkinnyDipped's products are available in more than 25,000 U.S. retailers including Target, Kroger and others. Its snacks are made with non-GMO, gluten-free and kosher ingredients and contain no artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors. SkinnyDipped flavors include Lemon Bliss Almonds, Unicorn Birthday Cake Cashews and Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.
