The year’s largest tech funding rounds in Seattle totaled approximately $3.2 billion in industries like property tech, e-commerce, clean energy and advertising. SingleFile pulled in $3.2M. Legaltech solution SingleFile helps companies file their annual reports with states. The platform also serves verticals including private equity and real estate. SingleFile recently secured growth funding co-led by Foundry and PSL Ventures which totals its venture capital at $8.6 million to date. [GeekWire]

SirionLabs added $25M to its Series D. The contract lifecycle management company announced an additional capital injection from Brookfield Growth. The funding follows the company’s previously announced Series D back in May, capping the round at $110 million. Amazon grew its Sidewalk network. Amazon Sidewalk is a low-bandwidth IoT mesh network powered by devices like Echo speakers and Ring cameras that helps other devices connect to the internet. The company announced four new partnerships to expand this network, including Browan, New Cosmos, Meshify and Deviceroy’s Aria. Amazon Sidewalk plans to launch more partners as the year goes on.
