Some big names like Snapchat and Boeing made headlines in the Seattle tech scene last week. Keep reading to see what these companies are up to. This is the Built In Seattle weekly refresh.

Vontive launched with $135M. Vontive is a real estate tech company with the first embedded mortgage platform. The Series B round, led by ​​Zigg Capital, will go toward expanding its B2C partners, providing additional mortgage product offerings, growing its engineering team and creating its debt marketplace. Snapchat might expand to Bellevue. Snap Inc. has signed a lease for an office in ​​Bellevue’s Mid Station building at 110th Ave. NE. Snapchat did not comment on the lease. Snapchat currently has an office in Seattle with over 100 jobs listed. [Puget Sound Business Journal]
