MedBridge is looking for a highly motivated, cross-functional Account Manager with a proven track record of success in maintaining and expanding extraordinary relationships with our accounts. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation, communication and persuasion skills in one on one, small group and large group presentation settings, as well as the desire to make a big impact while experiencing the excitement of a fast-growing company at the intersection point of online education and healthcare.

 

In this Account Manager role, you will:

  • Be responsible for customer retention and growth, and own the preparation, delivery and execution of our customer renewals.
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams (sales, customer success, deal desk, ops) to ensure timely renewals
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and work closely with expansion sales.
  • Own the client experience and the customer relationship from launch through renewal, including expanding customer relationships to all levels of the organization including: C-Level executives, VP and Director level stakeholders.
  • Garner customer feedback and internally communicate strategic themes and requests to product, marketing, and other teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales to secure account expansions, develop client referrals, and secure multi-year contract renewals.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in SaaS B2B account management or client success management.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills, and love of picking up the phone to call customers.
  • Expert in proactively driving business value, growth, and delight for your customers.
  • Adept at securing renewals early by making a strong case for ROI.
  • Experienced at driving expansion after initial implementation or pilot, in collaboration with sales.
  • Comfortable driving conversations with all levels of customers, from individual clinicians to the C-suite.
  • Demonstrated success at turning around client relationships and reframing value as your product evolves.
  • Data-driven decision-maker: confident in analyzing data, spotting trends, and identifying prioritized next steps.
  • A track record of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • An ability to hit the ground sprinting in a fast-paced environment where constant innovation is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, to include overnight travel for meetings.
  • Experience with a CRM is required.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Salary Range: 100-110k OTE

At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
