The Role

The Mid-Market Account Manager is responsible for managing the renewal & expansion of current GoGuardian and Pear Deck Learning customers, as well as identifying cross-sell leads. 
What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage with customers to secure renewals, build relationships, and identify and mitigate churn risk
  • Discover, nurture, and close expansion opportunities
  • Identify cross-sell leads
  • Actively manage your pipeline within SFDC and maintain a high level of accuracy in opportunity management
  • Be measured against a renewal, expansion, and cross-sell lead quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Aim to provide a thoughtful, compassionate, professional experience in every customer interaction
  • Provide customers with information about product training, offer strategic guidance, and collaborate on ongoing best practices

Who You Are

  • 3+ years’ experience in an account management, customer success, or sales role within the B2B SaaS space
  • Empathetic listener with a strong focus on serving the customer
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Solid project management skills with a demonstrated track record of maintaining accurate notes, follow-up, and proactive customer outreach
  • Experience with SFDC, Slack a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with current customers and company colleagues
  • Team-player mentality and adaptability are a must
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to learn and grow
  • Receptive to providing and receiving constructive feedback

This is a quota carrying position that is paid a base salary and commission. The targeted annual total earnings range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. Your compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
