You Are:

The primary responsibility of the Account Coordinator is to partner with the current teams on both named accounts (primary role) and other portfolio accounts (secondary role) to drive their business. In this role you will be working hand-in-hand with our brand partner, operations and advertising teams to ensure excellence in catalog quality, resolution of account issues and learning the basics of what it means to do business with online marketplaces proficiently.

The Work:

In this position, you will:

  • Support named accounts with:
    • Catalog management/audits.
    • Creation & execution of promotional catalogs.
    • Assist with forecasting & inventory management.
    • Cases creation, follow-up, and successful resolution.
    • Advertising reporting (monthly).
    • Advertising keyword research & execution.
    • Own ongoing project calendar.
    • Collect brand assets and partner with creative on execution of Brand Stores, A+, etc.
    • Work with 3rd party data providers and services to collect and analyze industry trends.
  • Support other portfolio accounts with:
    • New account and new item set-up on behalf of brand partners.
    • Assist current teams with data projects and analysis.
    • Complete audits & content updates.
    • Ad-hoc account needs.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 6 months of professional experience.

Bonus points if:

  • Experience working with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and more)
  • Experience with Amazon.com operations required preferably with an agency or retail-based brand.
  • Strong client management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are brand obsessed and know how to sell data-led stories.
  • You are a leader and able to influence others' decisions, working with all levels of internal/external organizations.
  • You take pride in doing awesome, unsupervised work.
  • You thrive in uncomfortable situations.
  • You are action and detail oriented.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable serving as a subject matter expert and sharing knowledge with others.
  • Be bold. Not afraid to present a new approach/idea with thoughtful analysis and insight.

Travel:

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California $ 19.33 to $ 38.51

Colorado $ 19.33 to $ 33.27

New York $ 17.88 to $ 38.51

Washington $ 20.58 to $ 35.43
